Job well done Lince! The Haitian movies have come a long way. All the actors, producers deserve our support and appreciation. We should exhorte them to do better, there is always room for improvement. I missed this year’s event, your article make me feel guilty for not being there. By writing so posivetively about the event is a good way to help promote the Haitian art and culture. Remember, the artists have to make a living from their work. They not only exploite by illegal copies often times the unknown actors do not get compensated for their effort. Haitian artists needed to be protected against all kind of abuse not matter where it comes from. Thank you Lince for taking time to report so accurately about the event.
